Use of personal data

We collect first and last name, e-mail address, telephone number and other similar contact details.

Statistics.
We collect statistics from Google Analytics and HubSpot. This information includes browser type, IP address, website behavior, operating program used and the domain name of the website that redirected you to our website. We use these statistics to analyze the surfing behavior of our visitors and to optimize our website for our users. The statistics are completely anonymous.

We also collect certain statistics when you read our e-mails. This includes information about the number of times a link is clicked in such e-mails. This information is used to improve our mailings and/or to analyze issues.

Use of forms

On this website forms are used for the following purposes:

  • Blog subscription;
  • Contact form;
  • Forms for downloading content.

  • Maximizer CRM: this CRM helps us to capture relevant information from customers and prospects and to track sent emails.
  • HubSpot: helps us to recognize visitors, register preferences of visitors, send (automated) emails and see which pages are visited.

Use of cookies

Cookies are small files that are stored on your computer. These files contain information about your website visit. When you visit our website for the first time, a cookie is placed on your computer. By the next visit we can recognize you by the cookie that was placed during a previous visit. We use information from these cookies to record your surfing behavior on our site to improve our website.

Right to access, rectify or delete personal data

As a user of this website, you have the right to access, rectify or delete data we collect about you. If you want to view this data, have it corrected or removed, you can send an e-mail to office@ecoratio.com

Retention period personal data

Personal data is stored for 3 years or for as long as it is necessary to provide the requested service(s) and products. After this period, the data is stored for a maximum of one year for the statistical purposes described. The data will then be erased unless there is a statutory obligation that requires a longer period of retention (such as the seven-year fiscal retention obligation for payment data).
